30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at andrewblack72728@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: grooming tools, litter mats, and pet beds.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
